Bill and Sara Collins have over thirty yearas experience in the restaurant business. Their commitment to fine dining began in CNY but soon progressed to Manhattan, where Sara managed Nobu and Bill worked at Montrachet, Tribeca Grill and the Reebok Sports Club. They returned to their native CNY to open Kabuki in Skaneateles, revitalize MacKenzie-Childs in Aurora and help design the Aurora Inn. They now share their experiences with you in Armory Square.
