The Media Unit, Central New York’s national-award winning teen performance and production troupe, tackles issues that affect teens. The group believes that creative endeavors can change the disrespectful language and behaviors of street gangs, via transformatives activities. When youth are presented with positive alternatives they can serve as role models for peers and younger siblings to work toward a bright future.
