Pastabilities began in 1982 in an unlikely section of downtown Syracuse. Known affectionately as Pasta's by our regular clientele, we immediately established a niche in the Syracuse market with out homemade pastas, sauces and entrees. Karyn Korteling, proprietress, credits Pastabilities' success to an unwavering commitment to serve food made from scratch. Homemade pasta, sauces, soups, salads and desserts highlight a versatile menu that includes a variety of breads baked fresh throughout the day in the restaurant's bakery.
Pastabilities' dinner menu is peppered with special entrees along with pasta staples for the less adventurous. Pasta with red or white sauce, meatballs, sausage and fettuccine Alfredo are there if a diner passes on items like sweet potato ravioli, grilled sesame-soy tuna with portabello, cremini and button mushrooms or sauteed chicken with raspberries, shallots and cream. The two-page evening menu -- also homemade -- contains a wide selection of meat, vegetarian and pasta dishes.
Lunch - Cafeteria style lunches: Specializing in fresh salads, pasta entrees, and quick service. Monday - Friday 11:30 am - 2:30 pm
Dinner - Full service dining with a full bar and outdoor dining available. Our dinner menu changes monthly.
Sunday - Thursday 5:00-10:00
Friday & Saturday 5:00-11:00 (in June, July and August)
