Pasta’s began making artisan bread for the restaurant in 1997 as a natural companion to the existing mission of the restaurant: an unwavering commitment to serve food made from scratch. As demand for our bread outgrew our baking space, Pastabilities opened Pasta’s Daily Bread directly across the street, at 308 South Franklin Street in 2000.
