Merchants Commons is a modern, urban mixed-use project featuring over 25,000 square feet of commercial space, 66 residential apartment units and 77 interior parking spaces. Two buildings, the former Merchants Bank building and the former Snow Building, will be combined to create a most unique environment in which to live and work. The new façade includes new windows and enhancements to the entrance area. The inside of the building will be completely renovated while still maintaining much of the original character of the original structures.
