Downtown East presents its 4th Annual Ice Cream Social
Smooth Jazz and Free Ice Cream in the Park!
One of Syracuse’s coolest events returns this Friday. The fourth annual Downtown East Ice Cream Social runs from noon to 2:00pm, Friday, June 8, 2007 at Fayette Firefighters Memorial Park (located at the corner of E. Fayette & State Streets).
The Mark Copani Quartet supplies the smooth jazz. Byrne Dairy supplies the oh-so-cool, free ice cream! Members of the Syracuse Fire Department will be at the event. Puppets from the Open Hand Theater will circulate through the crowd. There will also be a special appearance by “Scooch” of the Syracuse Chiefs.

Association, the Central New York Jazz Arts Foundation, and Byrne Dairy.
