Downtown Challenge '22: How to Sign Up
On February 2, 2022 (2/2/2022), the Downtown Committee of Syracuse, Inc. will launch Challenge '22. The goal is to celebrate, promote and drive traffic to the incredible businesses and cultural institutions that call Downtown Syracuse home. The pandemic emphasized how important it is to support the local community, and how each of us plays a meaningful role. We're all an important part of our community's puzzle. Just think of the impact we can make if we all work together. Will you resolve to make 2022 a year that you commit to support local Downtown Syracuse businesses?
Signing up to participate in the Downtown Challenge '22 is free. Here's how it will work: On February 2, 2022, the Downtown Committee will post a list of 25 tasks to choose from, and your goal will be to complete 22 of those. Tasks may be completed in any order. For every task you complete, you'll receive a puzzle piece. When all of your tasks are complete, you'll have a commemorative puzzle to show off your accomplishment(s). Frame it, display it at the office - or your home office - or give it as a gift!
To sign up for Challenge '22, email the Downtown Committee at mail@DowntownSyracuse.com. Please put "Challenge '22" in the subject line. Include your name, email address, address where you receive your physical/paper mail, and preferred social media information. We'll mail you a Starter Kit, the Task List, and instructions on how to show proof of your progress to earn puzzle pieces by February 2. Hint: Providing your social media information will help our team know which accounts we should be following, so that we can stay up-to-date with your progress as you take on the challenge. Please declare your interest by Saturday, January 22, so that we are able to get your materials mailed to you by the kick-off date!
