Earth Day Clean Up

Come one, come all!
Earth Day Clean-Up, Saturday, April 21, 2018

Help give Downtown Syracuse a spring cleaning! On Saturday, April 21, 2018, the Downtown Committee is organizing an Earth Day Clean-Up event throughout Downtown Syracuse. We had an OUTSTANDING turnout for last year's cleanup. A record of 402 volunteers set the bar high, and we want to continue the momentum this year.

All volunteers will be provided with gloves and trash bags. We'll also outfit you with a green t-shirt! After the Clean-Up, we'll treat you to lunch. Everyone is welcome to participate!

Throughout the morning of April 21, we'll ask volunteers to meet Downtown Committee staff at one of the following locations spread throughout Downtown Syracuse:

8:30 am: Clinton & Adams Streets - Meet at the parking lot behind 572 South Salina Street (map
9:00 am: Onondaga Creekwalk - Meet at the Walton Street extension near West Street
*For reference, this is across from the Syracuse University Warehouse (map
9:30 am: Armory Square - Meet at Sugarman Park, on the green lawn at The MOST (map
10:30 am: Downtown East - Meet at 217 Montgomery Street (map

...And tentatively, Once the Other Locations are Filled:
11:00 am: Clinton Square -
Meet at Water Street & Clinton Street (map)
*For reference, this is where the Downtown Farmers Market takes place from June - October
