Our Marketing and Communications team is dedicated to celebrating Downtown Syracuse and showcasing Downtown's vibrancy through:

• Promoting Downtown businesses through our weekly newsletter and Social Media platforms (reaching 29,000+ people)
• Welcoming new retail businesses, restaurants, and cultural institutions to Downtown by providing a welcome package, listing the business on our website, and customizing orientation programs for new employees
• Coordinating promotions with Downtown retail boutiques, restaurants and cultural institutions
• Organizing our Signature Events 
• Producing informative publications
• Maintaining a digital presence
• Identifying, meeting and anticipating the needs of new residents, homeowners and employees through survey distribution and analysis
• Cultivating Downtown's supporters to attract new stakeholders
• Supporting Neighborhood & Business Associations
