Artists can apply to the 2026 Festival online through ZAPPLICATION.

The deadline for artist applications is Monday, March 2, 2026

Food Vendors Application

Packaged Food Vendors, Prepared Food Vendors, and Wineries/Breweries application to the 2026 Syracuse Arts & Crafts Festival: CLICK HERE TO APPLY

FAQ

  1. Accepted vendors commit to being at all three days of the festival
  2. You can set up for the festival, Thursday, July 23, after 6 pm or Friday morning before the festival begins 
  3. The festival does have overnight security.
